Please read this disclaimer carefully. This page explains what our product can and cannot do, how to read any result or statistic we reference, our relationships with the companies we recommend, and where our reviews come from. We would rather tell you all of this before you buy than have you find it out afterwards.

1. No Results Guarantee

Important: This guide is educational. We make no guarantee that using it will change your credit report, raise your credit score, remove or correct any item, or improve your access to credit. Whether a dispute succeeds depends on whether the information is genuinely inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, on the documentation you can produce, and on decisions made by credit bureaus and furnishers that are entirely outside our control.

Accurate information cannot be removed. No product, service, company, lawyer, or software — including this guide — can lawfully cause accurate, timely, verifiable information to be deleted from a credit report. Anyone claiming otherwise is misrepresenting what is possible. Accurate negative information generally ages off on a fixed statutory schedule whether you act or not.

Some people will find nothing to dispute. It is entirely possible to work through this guide carefully, review all three of your credit reports, and conclude that everything on them is accurate. That is a legitimate outcome, and the guide is written to help you reach it honestly rather than manufacture a dispute. If that happens, you have still learned what your file says and that it is correct.

Any reference to outcomes on this website or in our materials describes what is possible in particular circumstances and should not be read as typical or guaranteed.

2. Educational — Not Legal Advice

The content on this site and in the guide is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal advice, it is not advice about your particular situation, and no attorney–client relationship is created by purchasing, reading, or using it.

The guide describes federal law — principally the Fair Credit Reporting Act — in general terms as of its publication date. Laws change, courts interpret them differently in different jurisdictions, and your state may give you additional rights or impose different requirements. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

  • For advice about your own circumstances, consult a consumer-protection attorney licensed in your state. The National Association of Consumer Advocates keeps a directory at consumeradvocates.org, and many FCRA attorneys work on contingency.
  • For the official plain-English explanation of your rights, and free sample dispute letters, see the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov.
  • If the debt itself is the problem rather than how it is being reported, a nonprofit counsellor will help you more than any letter template. The National Foundation for Credit Counseling is free or low-cost: nfcc.org or 800-388-2227.

3. We Do Not Provide Credit Repair Services

We sell a document. We are not a credit repair organization, not a consumer reporting agency, not a law firm, and not a credit counselling agency. We do not dispute, negotiate, or communicate with any credit bureau, creditor, or debt collector on your behalf, and we never access your credit reports.

You do not have to pay anyone to dispute errors on your credit report. Filing a dispute is free at all three nationwide credit bureaus, and you can pull all three reports free every week at AnnualCreditReport.com. What you are buying from us is instruction and time saved, not access to something otherwise unavailable to you.

4. Statistics We Reference

Our marketing and our guide cite published research about how often credit report errors occur. Those figures describe populations that were studied. They say nothing about whether your report contains an error.

The 44% figure

From a 2021 Consumer Reports study in which volunteers reviewed their own reports. Participants opted in, so the sample is not nationally representative and likely skews toward people who already suspected a problem.

The "one in five" figure

From the Federal Trade Commission's 2012 study of national credit report accuracy, which found around one in five consumers had a confirmed error on at least one of their three reports.

We cite these because they are the best public data available, not because they predict your result. The only way to know whether your own reports contain errors is to read them.

5. Affiliate Income Disclaimer

This website and its owner participate in affiliate marketing programs. We may earn a commission when you sign up for or purchase a third-party service we recommend, at no additional cost to you. Recommended services may include credit repair companies, credit monitoring, and similar providers.

FTC Compliance: In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose that we may receive compensation for recommending products and services. A commission is a financial incentive to recommend one company over another, and you should weigh anything we recommend with that in mind.

Any third-party service is provided and fulfilled entirely by that company. We do not control their pricing, their service quality, their claims, or their compliance with applicable law, and we are not responsible for any of it. We receive no credit or financial data back from them. Complaints, cancellations, and refund requests must go directly to that provider.

Nothing we recommend is necessary in order to use the guide. Every service we mention does something you can do yourself with the guide you purchased, and disputing is free.

6. Reviews & Testimonials

Reviews on this site are from real people who read the guide and gave their honest opinion. Two things about them you are entitled to know:

Our early reviews come from people who know us. The reviews currently shown are from friends, family members, and personal contacts of the author who read the guide before release. That is a genuine personal relationship with the seller, and it can colour how somebody writes about your work. We disclose it plainly and next to the reviews themselves rather than burying it here. These are first readers, not verified customers.

Our practice on reviews:

  • Every review is from a real, identifiable person who actually read the guide. We do not write, invent, or purchase reviews.
  • Star ratings are published exactly as the reviewer gave them. We do not adjust an individual rating, and any average shown is calculated from the actual ratings displayed.
  • Any material connection — a personal relationship, a free or discounted copy, or any compensation — is disclosed alongside the review.
  • We do not suppress or delete negative reviews.
  • Reviews describe one person's experience of reading a document. They are not evidence of any credit outcome, and individual results will vary.
A note on fake reviews generally. Under the FTC's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465, effective October 2024), fabricated reviews, undisclosed insider reviews, and misrepresented ratings are unlawful and carry civil penalties. Any site in this industry showing dozens of glowing reviews with no disclosure of how they were obtained is worth reading sceptically — including, if we ever fail to keep the commitments above, this one.

7. Forward-Looking Statements

Any statement about potential outcomes or experiences is forward-looking in nature. It reflects our belief in the value of the product and what has been possible for other readers — not a promise of any future result for you. Words such as "may," "could," "often," and "some readers" signal that an outcome is possible, not guaranteed.

8. Your Responsibility

What you get out of this guide depends on your own effort, on the facts of your particular credit file, on the documentation you are able to produce, and on decisions made by third parties. By purchasing from us you agree that Nexus Affiliate Marketing is not responsible for your results or lack of them.

You are also solely responsible for the content of anything you sign and send. The guide includes prompts for third-party AI tools, and those tools can produce inaccurate statements including invented statutes and citations. The guide is written to reduce that risk and includes a verification process, but you must review and verify every document before you use it. "An AI wrote it" is not a defence to a false statement.
