Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site and purchase our guide, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. Because this site sells a guide about credit reports, it also explains — in section 2 — the categories of sensitive information we deliberately do not collect. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Nexus Affiliate Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). We sell digital educational products including PDF guides. You can contact us at:

Email: [email protected]
Website: disputeitright.com

2. What We Are Not

This matters for your privacy, so we want to be explicit about it:

  • We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not compile, assemble, evaluate, or furnish consumer credit information to anyone.
  • We are not a credit repair organization. We do not dispute, negotiate, or communicate with any credit bureau, creditor, or debt collector on your behalf, and we do not offer to improve your credit record for you.
  • We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice.
  • We never access your credit reports. We have no ability to pull, view, or alter your credit file.

We sell you a document. Everything you do with it, you do yourself, using your own reports and your own records.

We do not want your credit information — please don't send it. We do not request or store Social Security numbers, credit report copies, account numbers, dispute letters, bank statements, or any other financial records. If you email us any of these, we will delete them and ask you not to send more. Our support team cannot help with the contents of your credit file, and there is no reason for us to ever see it.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you make a purchase or opt in on this site:

  • First name and email address — collected when you opt in or purchase
  • Payment information — collected and processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details
  • IP address and browser data — collected automatically for security and analytics
  • Browsing behavior on this site — collected via analytics and advertising tools to improve our content and ads

That is the complete list. We do not collect credit scores, credit report data, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account numbers, or information about your debts.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver your purchased digital guide to your email inbox
  • Send you follow-up emails related to your purchase and related resources
  • Process payments securely through Stripe
  • Improve our website and advertising through analytics
  • Respond to your support enquiries
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

We work with third-party services to operate this business. Each has its own privacy policy:

6. Affiliate Links & Recommended Services

After purchase we may show you offers from independent companies, including credit repair services. Some of these are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up. That gives us a financial interest in the recommendation, and you should weigh it accordingly.

If you click through to one of these companies, you leave our site. Everything that happens after that — the information they collect, the service they provide, their pricing, and their own compliance obligations — is between you and them, governed by their privacy policy and terms. We are not a party to that relationship, we receive no credit or financial data back from them, and we cannot resolve disputes about their service.

You never need to buy anything we recommend. Disputing errors on your credit report is free at all three bureaus, and the guide you purchased is designed so you can do the whole process yourself. Nonprofit credit counselling is also available at little or no cost through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (nfcc.org).

See our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.

7. Cookies & Tracking

This site may use tracking tools such as advertising pixels and analytics that help us measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising. These may collect your IP address, browser information, and pages visited.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences with the relevant platform. We also use essential cookies to operate the site. By continuing to use this site you consent to our use of cookies.

8. Email Communications

When you purchase or opt in on this site, you agree to receive emails from us including your product delivery, follow-up content, and offers for related resources.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. Transactional emails such as your receipt and product delivery cannot be unsubscribed from, as they are required to fulfil your order.

9. Digital Products, Refunds & Cancellation

All products sold on this site are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase.

14-day refund policy. If the guide isn't right for you, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. If you simply can't access your download, contact us and we'll fix it — that's not a refund situation, it's a delivery problem and it's on us.

Any service we recommend after purchase is operated by an independent third party with its own refund terms. Cancellation of, or refunds for, those services must be handled directly with that provider.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across this site and access controls on our systems. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never reaches our servers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. The best protection here is structural: as described in section 2, we simply don't hold the sensitive financial information that would make us a worthwhile target.

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy — typically for the duration of our business relationship and up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Transaction records may be kept longer where tax or accounting rules require it.

12. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate data
  • The right to request deletion of your data
  • The right to opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising
  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights

These rights are provided under comprehensive state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and equivalent laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana. If you are in the UK or EU, you may have additional rights under the GDPR.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe your local law requires.

13. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults. Our guide concerns credit reports, which is not a subject that applies to minors, and we do not knowingly market to or collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of this site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

15. Contact Us
