Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By accessing this website and purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Sections 2, 3 and 4 describe exactly what this product is, what it is not, and what you agree to do with it — please read those in particular. If you do not agree, do not use this site or make a purchase.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Nexus Affiliate Marketing. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Nexus Affiliate Marketing. You can reach us at:

2. What We Sell — and What We Are Not

We sell digital educational products, including the PDF guide Dispute It Right. It is an instructional document that explains rights the Fair Credit Reporting Act already gives consumers, and shows you how to exercise them yourself.

Being precise about the limits of that:

  • We are not a credit repair organization. We do not dispute, negotiate, correct, or communicate with any credit bureau, creditor, or debt collector on your behalf, and we do not offer or perform any service to improve your credit record, history, or rating for you.
  • We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • We are not a law firm, and no attorney–client relationship is created by purchasing, reading, or using this guide.
  • We are not a credit counselling agency and do not provide debt management plans.
  • We never access your credit reports and have no ability to pull, view, or alter your credit file.

What you are purchasing is a document. Every action described in it, you take yourself, using your own credit reports and your own records.

You do not have to pay anyone to dispute credit report errors. Filing a dispute is free at all three nationwide credit bureaus, and free reports are available weekly at AnnualCreditReport.com. Nonprofit credit counselling is available at little or no cost through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (nfcc.org, 800-388-2227). We are selling you instruction and time saved, not access.

3. Educational & Legal Disclaimer

This guide is educational and is not legal advice. It describes federal law in general terms as of its publication date. Laws change, courts interpret them differently, and your state may give you additional rights or impose different requirements. Nothing in the guide is advice about your particular situation, and reading it creates no professional relationship of any kind. For advice about your own circumstances, consult a consumer-protection attorney licensed in your state.

No result is guaranteed. We make no representation or warranty that using this guide will change your credit report, raise your credit score, remove any item, or produce any other outcome. Whether a dispute succeeds depends on whether the information at issue is genuinely inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, on the evidence you can produce, and on decisions made by third parties entirely outside our control.

Accurate information cannot be removed. No person, company, service, or software — including this guide — can lawfully cause accurate, timely, verifiable information to be deleted from a credit report. Any product or company claiming otherwise is misrepresenting what is possible. Accurate negative information generally ages off on a fixed statutory schedule regardless of any action taken.

AI-generated content requires your review. The guide includes prompts for use with third-party artificial intelligence tools. Those tools can and do produce inaccurate statements, including fabricated statutes and citations. The guide is written to reduce that risk and includes a verification process, but it cannot eliminate it. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving every document you sign and send. We are not responsible for output produced by third-party AI tools.

4. Your Responsibilities When Using This Guide

The guide can only be used lawfully. By purchasing it, you agree that:

  • You will dispute only information you believe in good faith to be inaccurate, incomplete, or beyond its permissible reporting period.
  • You will not use the guide, or any letter or prompt in it, to submit a statement you know to be false to any credit bureau, creditor, debt collector, lender, or government agency.
  • You will not file a false or fabricated identity theft report with the Federal Trade Commission, law enforcement, or any credit bureau.
  • You will not use a "CPN," "credit privacy number," "credit profile number," or any other substitute for your own Social Security number.
  • You accept that you are solely responsible for the contents of any letter you sign, regardless of what tool produced the first draft, and that you will verify every legal citation yourself before relying on it.
  • You will use the guide for your own personal credit file, not as the basis of a service performed for other people for compensation.
These are not formalities. Filing a false identity theft report is a federal offence. Using a Social Security number that is not yours is identity fraud. Knowingly submitting false statements can carry criminal liability. The guide says all of this plainly in its opening pages. If you use our materials to do any of these things, you do so entirely on your own responsibility and in breach of these terms, and we disclaim all liability for the consequences.

If you intend to perform credit-related services for other people for money, understand that doing so may make you a credit repair organization under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, with obligations including a written contract, a three-day cancellation right, a ban on advance fees, and registration or bonding in many states. Nothing you purchase from us licenses, authorises, or prepares you to do that, and you should obtain your own legal advice first.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, though a price change will not affect an order already placed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. We never store your full card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant systems.

Current pricing: Dispute It Right — $27.00 USD, one-time payment. No subscription and no recurring charges. Where a promotional or launch price is displayed, the amount you pay is the total shown at checkout before you confirm.

6. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, your PDF guide will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 15 minutes.

  • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email within 15 minutes
  • Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct before completing your order
  • If you experience delivery issues, contact us at [email protected]

Your download link is for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or distributed.

7. Refund Policy

14-day refund policy. If the guide isn't right for you, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to the guide purchased from us; it does not apply to any third-party service you may sign up for separately.

If you simply cannot access or download your guide, that is a delivery problem rather than a refund situation — contact us and we will fix it. If you believe there has been an unauthorised charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in our digital products — text, graphics, design, layout, and the prompt templates — is the property of Nexus Affiliate Marketing and is protected by copyright law.

  • You may use the purchased product for personal, non-commercial use only
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our products
  • You may not share your download link or the PDF file with others
  • You may not repackage the prompts or worksheets as part of a paid service or product of your own
  • Unauthorised use may result in legal action

Names of credit bureaus, government agencies, companies, and software products mentioned in the guide are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced for identification and educational purposes only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

9. Third-Party Offers & Affiliate Disclosure

After purchase you may be shown recommendations for independent third-party companies, which may include credit repair services, credit monitoring, or similar providers. We are affiliated with some of these and may earn a commission if you sign up.

Any such service is provided and fulfilled entirely by that third party. We do not control their pricing, their service quality, their claims, or their compliance with applicable law, and we are not responsible for any of it. Their terms and privacy policy govern your relationship with them. Complaints, cancellations, and refund requests must go directly to that provider.

FTC Disclosure: We participate in affiliate marketing programs. Some links on this site and in our emails may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. A commission is a financial incentive, and you should weigh our recommendations with that in mind. Nothing we recommend is necessary in order to use the guide, and no recommendation is an endorsement of any particular outcome. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

10. Email Communications

By purchasing or opting in on this site, you consent to receiving emails from Nexus Affiliate Marketing including product delivery, follow-up content, and messages about related resources.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails such as purchase confirmation and product delivery cannot be unsubscribed from, as they are required to fulfil your order.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Affiliate Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including any decision made by a credit bureau, creditor, lender, or other third party.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, or waives any right you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where any provision of these terms conflicts with a non-waivable statutory right, that statutory right prevails and the remainder of these terms continues to apply.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will meet your specific requirements, that the information in it is complete or current at the time you read it, or that any particular result will be achieved. Outcomes vary between individuals and depend on facts specific to each credit file.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
